Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in screening profiles, analyzing data, and creating accurate reports. The role
demands a deep understanding of job descriptions, efficient coordination with cross-functional teams, and the
ability to deliver high-quality profiles within stipulated timelines for both IT and non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and
networking.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates to match job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Generate detailed and timely reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline status, and candidate
performance.
3. JD Understanding & Interpretation:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and required skills deeply.
  • Ensure clarity and accuracy in interpreting JDs to identify the best-fit candidates.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Partner with HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across functions to meet hiring goals.
5. Quality & Timely Delivery:
  • Adhere to strict deadlines while ensuring high-quality candidate submissions.
  • Continuously refine and improve sourcing techniques to optimize outcomes.
6. Sourcing Skills:
  • Demonstrate expertise in sourcing for both IT and non-IT roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a sourcing specialist or similar role in recruitment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with market trends and sourcing strategies.
• Experience in recruiting across various industries and roles.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
